ADA inc - access, diversity and inclusion

I attended the second of four leadership days linked together under the programme 'Leadership Unleashed' (http://leadershipunleashed.co.uk/). Before Christmas I took part in the Insight day, and yesterday it was Passion!

How can we be passionate in our leadership? How can we convey our passions in ways that inspire others? How can we find passion in the mundane elements of what we do?

I particularly liked considering how I use my passion to ignite enthusiasm in others for the things I value - such as equality and diversity - and how I can find new ways to do this.

So watch out - a new, more passionate Jo is emerging!
