How do we exert influence on the world around us? How do we seek to make the changes we wish to see manifest? How do we maintain our integrity through this - using tactics we feel are positive rather than giving in to some of the more manipulative techniques we may have learnt about as children?

A good day exploring these, and other, questions with the members of this years Sync Intensive's programme.

The day included an exercise 'mapping' how we seek to influence - biggest learning for me was that I could be far more joined up, more strategic in what I do. I love days where I am both leading and learning - can't beat it!
