If you want to talk to Jo directly, then email or text her first to set up a time (she is hearing impaired and happy to talk on the phone if its a planned call. She needs to make sure Radio Two is turned off, the kids, dog, cat and chickens are safe and/or out of the way and she's got all her gadgets and gismos turned on!) The good thing about this is she usually ends up paying for the call!
